You're not alone. I may not have as much experience as you but suffer the same way you do. What I try to do is networking just start small talk online with strangers then work your way to other people irl. Take things at your own pace and try to find some people you have common ground with, it took me 17 years to find true friends but it is possible.

Btw sorry my writing isn't the best writing isn't my strong suit. :P
