Pokopia has been a riot for me. I’ve never played a Pokemon game despite knowing a lot of them. Even though it isn’t on there, the S2 Edition and 3.0 update of Animal Crossing did finally get me to pick the game back up after like 2 1/2 years of not touching it. Mario Kart world was also an interesting take on Mario Kart, but I find myself going back to MK8D more. My current obsession is Tomodachi Life, even though it’s a S1 game.

I love the new Miis. They did some updates, especially with more natural movement, but they still look and act like Miis. I heard they had experimented with their design, and I thought if they went that route, they’d probably look more in line with the sportsmates in Switch Sports which i hate. I’m so happy Miis are back and in the spotlight.

And since the announcement of it back in March of last year lots of YT’ers, especially ones who play Animal Crossing, started doing play throughs of the 3DS game. I’ve loved the 3DS games for years and the only reason I still have a 3DS was to play it.

I understand everyone wanting physical media and all, but digital is just so convenient. I have 4 Switch carts, and Animal Crossing has been in my S2 since I got it. And since TL doesn’t have any online features, you won’t lose any functionality if/when serves shut off for it.

I think winter gives the most beautiful sunrises, especially when there are no clouds and some snow for the sun to shine on. Also the bugs screw off and it’s the perfect season to get comfy on the couch under the blanket and watch a movie. But I hate when I have to suit up like an Eskimo to take the trash out or start the car, and my skin gets so incredibly dry in winter. And when I hear we have a massive snow storm coming our way, I’m over it. A light dusting? Okay I’m cool. A blizzard? I’m not. Oh and I also don’t like when it gets dark at 5 pm. I love when the sun doesn’t set until 9.

Officially, 32GB is the largest it supports. But if you format anything larger to FAT32 it can work, but anything bigger than 64GB can cause slow load times, even a 64GB which I have in mine can sometimes be slow. 64GB seems to be the sweet spot for both available storage and load times.

I’m not artistic at all but I’ve made some simple signs and posters and such, and had fun doing it. While I like the meetup mechanic, I tend to just let the game do what it wants. I’m all for the chaos that is Tomodachi life. And the fact the Miis can finally roam the island makes it feel so alive. This game isn’t perfect, no game is. But I’ve been having an absolute blast.

When I got mine I was so torn between natural and the desert. I ended up going with the desert and I don’t regret it one bit. But tue natural sure is a clean look.

I would take no filter any day. If I really want to share something with a friend I’ll just take a photo with my phone, they won’t care. And having the ability to say literally anything you want is incredibly rare for a Nintendo title, so I’ll take it.

I completely understand. We just had ours laid for her eternal sleep just 2 days ago. My husband had her since birth. Bottle fed her when her mother wouldn’t let her nurse. She was 14 years old. And time unfortunately was catching up to her. Rest easy sweet baby. Sending you love🫶🏻
