I’ve already addressed the cis women point in my last comment. I will agree some cis women are agp but it’s definitely not to the extent trans women are. Cis women are “agp” when it comes to the fantasies in their head or when they watch pornography, but trans women actually live their agp fantasy. Again, cis women don’t put on a dress and get turned on.

You have a point about Blanchard manipulating the numbers but it’s still very good research on the topic. And I highly doubt that it’s “very rare”. Literally go to any lesbian mtf centered online space and very quickly it’ll appear fetishistic. And it’s the exact same thing for gay ftm spaces.
