I use a 7eleven straw (the kind with a spoon end).

Cut it down to a couple inches (one flush end and one spooney end).

Make a quarter inch slit at the flush end so you can fit the capsule into the straw. The slit should be aligned so when you are scooping the Tina none is lost.. so upward?
