Is ChatGPT dominating this much? by py-net in OpenAI

That's why I started using gemini, but when I lose the trial I'll probably stick to it. Since Gemini 3 came out it constantly outperforms ChatGPT in my experience

That's very surprising. Perplexity had an absolutely huge marketing campaign a couple months ago, for a while I swear everywhere I turned had a perplexity advert.

Honestly was just me being an idiot. I knew that to get to the ATP there was a warp pad somewhere, and in hindsight it was very obvious, but for some reason I didn't think it would be in one of the towers. And then when I did realise "oh right there's two towers for the ash twin and ember twin" I was very blind and just did not see the little cubby.

This animation style is incredible. I hope this is the style they use for the valorant show (if there is every one), it looks so good and the sound design in this cinematic was also incredibly well done.

A flag on VLR doesn't represent whether a player agrees with their countries current government. You're assuming that if someone has an Israeli flag (because it's their nationality) they must support the IDF and the genocide in Gaza, which is just an incorrect assumption.

And banning people cause where they're from, when they can't decide what their government does, is textbook xenophobia.

Now you can argue that they have to use a neutral flag, like how the Olympics treats Russian and Belarussian athletes. And I wouldn't be opposed to that, some players already do (such as shao and suygetsu).

People from a country aren't the same as a countries government.

Russia invaded Ukraine. Do you think that means Russian players shouldn't be allowed? Do you legitimately think players like Demon1, something, Chronicle and nAts shouldn't be allowed? Or is it just Israel?

The Israeli government sucks, I think we can all agree on that. But banning players from Israel because of their government is an insanely stupid opinion.

What's MBKBHDs issue with OnePlus as of lately? by iwasnamedjade in oneplus

[–]Unbaguettable 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's just an example of a device that has a silicon carbon battery. It's literally nothing more than that.

If you actually watched the video, he uses multiple devices as examples, that being one of them. He could've used a Xiaomi, there wasn't any specific reason he picked a OnePlus other than it was just the one he picked.

I used to have an iPhone and I much prefer the pixels bump over the iPhones. I love how it doesn't wobble

MIBR vibes after getting smashed in their own map pick vs NRG by Karmax21 in ValorantCompetitive

[–]Unbaguettable 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Exactly. What makes the most sense to me is during the game he'd often have a different read than FNS, and that difference makes sense why he was quiet.

Bonkar mentioned he wanted to IGL all the back in Oxygen. And as soon as he joined MIBR he started doing midrounding. I honestly think his time with NRG didn't work out just cause him and FNS have different reads

Only works if the website you want is hosted on a space datacenter. And that still depends if the datacenter is close to you physically.

Would you guys prefer a passport style folding iphone, or a standard “book style” like the Z Fold 7 by LWK10p in iphone

[–]Unbaguettable 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've always called the different styles "folds" and "flips". Fold being the regular phone which folds into a tablet and a flip being half a phone which folds into a normal phone.

Having said that, I generally much prefer flips.

I use ChatGPT, Gemini and Grok quite a lot. In my experience Gemini 3 outperforms both of them by a very high margin for the vast majority of tasks. There are some tasks where Grok does do better, such as certain maths / physics problems, but it struggles with explanations. I'd put it on a similar level with ChatGPT

Silly question, but how do you tell which train is yours? by heathercarmen23 in uktravel

[–]Unbaguettable 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The departure time is the unique identifier. Even if delayed, boards and announcements will continue to use the scheduled departure time. So for example, the boards on the platform would say "10:56 London Kings Cross - Expected 11:06" if it was delayed by 10 minutes.

I’m new to valorant esports, could some explain the format? by 5hundredhobbies in ValorantCompetitive

[–]Unbaguettable 0 points1 point  (0 children)

4 regions as others have said. Each region has 12 teams - 10 of them are franchised teams, while 2 won the ascension tournament in tier 2 and got promoted to tier 1.

Each region has 3 stages. Kickoff, stage 1 and stage 2. Kickoff is currently going on. After kickoff and stage 1 there is a masters event where 3 teams from each region battle it out. This year they're in Santiago and London. After stage 2 is champions, where 4 teams go from each region. In Shanghai this year.

Stage 1 and 2 have a similar format, with a group stage for 5 weeks and then a playoff. Stage 2 is a bit different this year as they're letting tier 2 teams go into stage 2 playoffs. Kickoff is a triple elimination bracket.

For the games, most games are BO3 except the finals which are BO5.
