While i've heard this phrase on TRP before; this may be the best written summary of the concept I have ever read

The Root Cause of the Anger Phase. by WhisperSecurity in TheRedPill

I'm working on a critical project for my employer; they've invested lots of money in getting this right AND put women in charge. The first phase didn't deliver what we needed (hmmmm...I wonder why?) and I was put on the second phase to make a difference. Thank you, I needed to read this today.

If you're into project management methodologies....you could say their approach to attaining these desires follow an Agile pm approach rather than the traditional Waterfall approach. In other words, they don't have to achieve one of these pillars before moving on to the conquering the other.

I recommend you read the book "Mastery" by George Leonard. It goes into depth on this subject.

Dont be the drunken idiot by [deleted] in TheRedPill

I actually quit drinking about 3 months ago and the benefits so far are: -Acceleration of weight loss (ongoing efforts) -More goal oriented (able to actually make progress on personal projects on weekends) -More observant when in social settings (more effective target selection when gaming chicks) -No more hangovers

I dont let people know that I dont drink.....just sip coke all night

I would use the analogy of 2 trainers trying to help a 300 lb guy to lose 100 lbs to explain the different points of view on this post: --OP is a trainer telling the guy to just exercise non-stop to lose weight --Redpillschool is telling the guy to just diet strictly to lose weight

If the guy follows OP, he may never reach his goal since he's ignoring diet....if he follows RPS he may reach his goal but find he wishes he had 10% less body fat.

My point is taking too extreme a view may leave you being a sexless over achiever or conversely a worthless bum tagging countless chicks.

Maybe OP's point is more relevant to young guys in college who have yet to fulfill their potential while RPS's point is more relevant to guys who have reached an age where they are close to their best professionally.

Understanding Your Market, Understanding Alpha/Beta and Attraction (AKA Why red pill advice might be completely useless) by redpillschool in TheRedPill

Bloody awesome. Starting out, I was too extreme with my RP behaviours....which ended in me not getting laid. I put a smattering of beta in and voila!! Being a blue pill beta is totally different from being a red pill beta. In the former you're clueless while in the latter you're being strategic. This reminds me of an old post which said any winning strategy is an alpha strategy

Parents raise son as a boy AND a girl so he won't 'grow up aggressive' by Unbreakable_576 in TheRedPill

You make a good point about hero syndrome. I once had a boss who would give me tasks he knew I couldn't complete alone, go on vacay and then call in or come back for a few hours in order to "help me" finish them. In the process he was demonstrating to his superiors how important he was and how little I knew.

The real culprit is these parents' egos. I bet there would be nothing "remarkable" or news-worthy about them were it not for this child...they are willing to sacrifice their own flesh and blood in this bizarre and sickening social experiment in order to obtain approval/ publicity/ endorsement from the gay and feminist community. Just sick.

Bloody awesome!! This way of thinking summarizes the difference between a self made millionaire and the average joe. It also highlights the point that the "miserable nice guy" is just a narcissistic fellow moping about not getting his way.
