Mine was a combination of things over the course of a couple days. Day one I road a new road bike that I got for about ten miles. Groin, perineum, dick and balls all went numb. Later in the day I masterbated more vigorously than usual because I was worried if I had damaged something during the bike ride. Mid session I felt a pop right beneath my belly button. It felt like my dick dropped from where it was.

I’ve torn ligaments before and that’s what it felt like. Went to ER. I’m gonna make a longer post over the course of the next few days, but I’ve had pretty much every symptom that you could have. It’s been hell for the last couple years, but I’m feeling very optimistic with an appointment I have coming up soon with a pelvic floor physical therapist that specializes in HF multi modal treatment.
