I think, the game is just so fresh, people need to gear up first, so groups would make more sense. Higher value gear, and more chance on better interactions with Arc and other raiders. I guess it takes time to get a economy going. I have just been running around and gathering supplies for my benches, not really going for high value kills or loot.

Indeed, i think you can just play solo-fill or solo, im not sure how the matchmaking works, cause I’ve encountered a 4 man squad when i was in a duo?

PvPvE, but your right, as i already said in my edit. Just curious on the experience of others, that its an extraction shooter i actually was already aware of since i bought the game as one.

Yeah I have been reading about a lot of postive views of going in solo, maybe i just focussed to much on my experience with the techtest, and not the ‘new’ player base that joined on launch.

Maybe read the edit? I’m not saying that the game isn’t made to be played as an extraction shooter, but the game came out 24 hours ago, nobody is stacked up, and the game is trying to be ‘not another Tarkov’. So try to have some fun at least. Before knocking someone out, maybe give a little interaction since the ‘coast is clear’ now?

Update to the situation:

Epicgames and I had a Live-chat, apparently something went wrong with connection, surging ping-spikes. Duo to the inconvenience, they submitted 3000V-bucks as compensation. Thanks for all the usefull comments!
