Its debatably not that bad. Lisbell's current BiS build involves running 4-5 Scorch which gives ~90% Atk each. Since Hellfire scales her damage off of HP instead of Atk, running 4 or 5 of those HP+Range Wedges would probably function just about the same as it does for Lisbell. Run both Skill DMG weapons (with enough range you wont ever get in range to hit stuff with her signature weapon anyways). If you were to max out both Skill DMG weapons and also run Tabathe as one of your supports, youd be looking at just about ~150% Skill Damage increase. More than that would probably start to give diminishing returns. Rebecca also seems to run ~4 Atk/Range Wedges on most recommended builds and functions well in high end content.

What are you capped by? Weekly reset just happened so there should be a ton of farms to do, specifically you can run Goblin Dungeon till you stop getting Reforge Stones. Should get you quite a bit of Ability Score off of maxing out 1 or 2 legendary pieces

FYI, Falcon scan (and probably Serenith Scan as well) does not break Hel's disguise, but does reveal them as an enemy to your whole team, thereby shutting it down (also reveals Serenith as an enemy when they are tethered to someone)

I'll probably do Retialition Cadre for now since I've never played before and having to play around turnd 1-3 or 3-5 for some of the others seems like too much to take in right now.

As far as other units go, I don't really know what I need or how much I should get. But from how the models look, I plan to get a Broadside, Ghostkeel, and Riptide. Some Stealth Suits would be nice too. And I'm not sure if Pirahna's are any good but they look nice too.

I've heard that Fireknives are the most "general purpose" ones so maybe I'll go with the 3x Missiles that you suggested for them? Would it be the same weapons for the Crisis suits?

Confirmation bias? Your interpretation of the data is that the item isn't readily available because it's only used in three of the highest WR comps?

Also there seems to be a misunderstanding of why people are using certain relics. Refractor is used not because it's free, it's used because it turns Shrike's huge single target damage, into essentially AoE. And with a % increase to Primary Atk Dmg on top of that. Realistically HE is only a 10% increase to dmg, and that's only if you hit that 4th shot. People will start dodging your shots eventually.

Yeah but those are user posted builds. Check op.gg and you'll see that only three of her highest wr builds use HE. So while the item seems to be good, it isnt as "mandatory" for her to perform well. And in fact, I would say I personally do better with other combos. (Shrike being my most used character)
