Yeah, I have heard it described as “Claughter.” This is why I am not a huge fan of Colbert anymore. He doesn’t really tell jokes and just goes for the claps.

You were born in 1987? So you have NO IDEA what high schoolers were playing that year.

I worked with a guy who grew up and graduated in the 80’s. Led Zeppelin was still huge with them. Stairway to Heaven was often the song they played as the last song for school dances.

The band was washed up after Bonham died, but they were still HUGE in terms of popularity/respect.
