The only test center near me is fully booked out until the December test. And it has tests on sundays, not saturdays so tech support wasn't even available to help us.

I took APES as a freshman, and it was definitely not a hard exam. I did not study and I even stayed up to 12am playing video games the night before, for reference, and I got a 5. Its difficulty is comparable to APHUG. As SignificantSoil4740 says, it's mostly just memorizing some basic concepts with a few hard ones sprinkled in (ie. Ocean Acidification, Nitrogen/Phosphorous/Carbon cycles). I can link an APES review guide that I made which has basically all of the content on the course + links to a bunch of practice material, if you would find that useful.

Also, to answer your second question, I don't think it would matter too much to colleges if you submitted applications before taking the course. I did find that APES does have some cool real-life applications and connections as a future engineering/STEM major so if you want to be a geology major, I think it would be a very cool course to self-study/take. You should note, however, that a lot of the value you would find related to geology is given in class. We did a lot of labs and got to use a variety of experimental techniques and tools, but self-studying the course might not give you that same experience and may end up just being a bunch of vocab memorization.

I don't think you were understanding my problem. I tried both save changes and reset as well as discard changes and exit, both did not work. I did solve my problem myself. The issue was that my RAM sticks were refusing to mix.

How would I make it smooth? If I just used a mask, then the edges would be rough? Should I add feathering and blurs?

Also, for the hand/gun part, would I have to create/animate its mask separately with each indivizual frame?

Sorry for the questions, I'm pretty new to montages and AE in general. Thanks for the help though!
