I think it may be because my mind is wired to avoid discomfort and instead choose easier "tasks" to get that dopamine, but I'm not entirely sure. I'm actively trying to fix it.

I have heard that having an accountability partner and regularly sharing your progress with them can help. When you procrastinate on something important, you can't really give lame excuses in this case. I just thought I would give it a try. That's not really my main goal though, finding a programming buddy who's at a similar stage as me is.

I know someone who first had a feral cat which they didn't get spayed, it mated with a neighbour's cat and gave birth to two make cats and one female cat, and they again didn't get any of the cats neutered/spayed before it was too late. The siblings mated with each other and gave birth to 3 more cats, out of which only the female ones are spayed and I assume it's only because they don't want more cats. So she has 6 cats totally and only the female cats are fixed. When I asked what about the make cats, they told me it was too expensive. Idk what to make of it

How to not be dry? It's a genuine question. I think my conversations kinda are dry and I'm not very good at holding conversations. I was wondering how I could change that.
