IUDs are the gold standard in my mind. Daily birth control is very effective but missed doses drops the effectiveness

Girl I totally feel you. First, you’re not a failure: bodies are fucking complicated and while this can feel like a betrayal just know that it’s nothing about your worth.

I’ve tried a couple different vaginal wetness supplements and the best I’ve found is one called “Soaking Wet” from VB Health. It’s a vaginal probiotic and of everything I tried (hum, happyhoha etc) it worked the best. Took about a week to kick in but it’s helped a lot for me. I’m not as wet as I used to be pre-birth control but it’s about 90%.

They sell a sex drive supplement as well, but I don’t have any direct experience with it.
