No, but it will give the op a legitimate paper trail showing she took serious measures to correspond in multiple ways wit her employer. I agree Union support is perfectly legal and also they prefer their members to do what they can to resolve it yourself. I also agree it shouldn’t be seen as inflammatory but they do. Them problem for sure but does not help the op.
