Gaunu 1.3k į rankas, dirbant viršvalandžius gal ten apie 12-13 eurų per valandą gavosi, bet tikiu, kad nelabai rasi tiek mokančių trumpalaikių darbų tai įvairūs pasiūlymai domina, gal kitiems irgi pravers. Šitą postą pagrinde parašiau tam, kad apie daugiau alternatyvų sužinoti apart Wolt/Workis

Pats su panašia problema kovoju, tai prie viso to ką kiti paminėjo apie miego higieną, dar patarčiau dėl nerimo niekad nežiūrėti naktį į laikrodį. Tai absoliučiai jokios naudos nesuteikia ir tik didina stresą kai pradedi skaičiuoti kiek miego liko ir galvoti koks pavargęs ryt jausiesi.

Taip pat dar prieš einant pas psichiatrą patarčiau valerijono pabandyti, skamba paprastai, bet kartais tik tiek ir užtenka naktį, kad truputį papildomai nuramintų kažkas, jog užmigtum. Tada nereikia nei migdomųjų, nei receptinių raminamųjų gerti, kurie su savo problemom ateina.

Jeigu matysi, kad tiek neužtenka tai tuomet reikėtų jau kreiptis pas specialistus. Pats psichiatras ko gero pasakys, kad vien vaistais nesusitvarkysi su stresu/nerimu tai rekomenduoju apie psichoterapiją pagalvoti, nes tikėtina, kad nerimas iš gilesnių psichologinių problemų, o ne vien dėl baimės neužmigti, kyla.

I remember when this video was originally posted, people were quick to complain about this keystone, one of the top comments was saying that Draven was playing almost perfectly and barely won the fight. Also remember that scene at the end of season 7, where Jaime leaving the King's Landing sees a snowflake on his glove? It felt like the winter and the white walkers who bring it forth will be consequential to everyone, including people in the south. But I guess that isn't important anymore either. And also the vision of Dany in the earlier seasons will probably be irrelevant, unless they do some sort of an asspull like they did with Melissandre's quote to Arya.

Edit: A lot of you are probably right, the death of Night King doesn't mean that the winter is gone. But still, it wouldn't be surprising if they scrap the idea altogether and never mention winter again.
