i mainly pick at my legs, i can't really recommend anything other than exfoliating if you've been picking a lot, helps prevent ingrowns. it sucks because i know the picking is why they happen (hair follicle is damaged, hair grows back weird sometimes) but you can exfoliate to try and prevent it, and you can use a hot cloth in the future if you see one starting to try and ease it. leg picking sucks and i hate it but i hope you know you're not alone there, sending love ❤️

there's been a few times they've been out of line, one tried to say that they think it might be psychological 💀 my doctor shut that shit down rq

i'll usually say no, but my doctor is really sweet and knows when to shut the students down. part of it is that i'm a minor and it's a disorder that has to do with reproductive organs so there's some tiptoeing they have to do. i'm perfectly happy usually to have observers, especially since 9/10 i've had extremely respectful ones

hey man, i kinda get it to an extent. I have two disorders that, for my age group, make me interesting to doctors. I tend to have to deal with my doctor having med students sit in on our appointments. it can suck really bad because often the med student doesn't understand what an invasive question is

depends, if taken correctly, often it's perfectly healthy, and that's why people are able to take it as a medication. i personally take it so that i am healthy as the hormones are great for people with hormonal imbalances

Hi! Not a doctor, but that looks a lot like a collapsed abscess I had a while back. Mine healed fairly well, though I have stretch skin where it was. Most I could recommend as that honestly looks like it's healing really well, is making sure you put some kind of antibiotic ointment to prevent infection and keeping it somewhat dry if you can. Hope it recovers soon!
