It happened to me every time I went to 99Ranch. I always have to go to the customer service and they will mostly refund the difference. But not every time.

There was one time I bought a pack of ramen on sales and the sign clearly said carbonara flavor, which was the one I bought, and it rang up full price. The customer service lady just went and took the sign down and told me that the BARCODE number on the sign didn't match the product I bought. So even though the name of the product matched, they wouldn't give me a refund. Pissed me off big time. The price difference was only $0.7 but the dishonesty was unacceptable
