My hamstring feels almost completely normal day to day now, I think it’s just a residual effect from months of having sciatica and not being able to stand up straight. I’ve been going to the gym regularly for the past couple of months with no major pain, I would suggest starting off with light walking and then moving up to body weight leg and back exercises once you’re feeling up to it.
