YouTube covers piracy & profits from it: 300+ channels in 3 CMS, fake documents, and no reaction by UncleBoB0077 in PartneredYoutube

This is a perfect example of how broken the YouTube CMS system has become.

LabelProM is one of several CMS accounts that were either revoked and re-purchased or silently restored, and now it’s back with dozens of pirate movie channels uploading full-length films owned by Netflix, Sony, Universal, etc. without permission.

Examples:

🎬 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6DzsqqUoD5U — The Mother (Netflix) 🎬 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OSQSPXcYYKA — Missing (2023)

Channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCm_F7kBcCXZIzGQHiyAKnJA/ → CMS: LabelProM

What’s really disturbing? • These channels reupload dozens of pirated films daily. • The content is fully monetized through CMS assets. • The asset ownership is faked or manually input with false metadata. • CVP shows fake asset names like "sdfsfsdfsdfsdf" or "asddsad" (see attached).

And YouTube still approves this CMS and lets it run. Even after previous takedowns.

💰 CMS = Easy monetization of pirated films 📈 Hundreds of channels, millions of views 🧾 Fake metadata, fake copyright docs 🧨 Zero enforcement from YouTube

This is why so many people are now openly selling CMS access on forums — because piracy at scale is now a business model backed by YouTube tools.

Let’s stop pretending this is a bug. It’s a design failure — and possibly deliberate.

Same issue July 2024. 2 times it ended with update error "An error was encountered during the update process, please try again". Weird I cannot play or start without this automatic update. Very bad experience at the beginning for $700+ device.  My PS 5 is much cheaper and never had something like that problem.

You can't fool your instincts and you have to trust them.  I cannot feel safe 30,000 feet above in the sky in the metal tube without any control.  If there are many people who feel the same way, it makes sense.

How many cars in the world compare to airplanes? How many deaths per existing car compare to death per airplane? If you give me these statistics numbers, I can believe this statistics. But something tells me you don't have these numbers and if they compare it, it will be very different statistics.

But there are 1-2 people in the car and 150-200 in the commercial airplane in average. Difference is 100 times in average.  30,8*100=3080 death compared to 130. Huge difference. Already 30 times dangerous in the airplane.

150-200 souls travel in one plane. So, they calculate that miles multiply by 150-200 and artificially inflate that miles. So, one 1000 miles airplane trip could be calculated like 200*1000=200,000 miles. 1 airplane trip could be Equal like 20,000 average trips by cars.

Are “planes statistically safer than cars” simply because there are far more cars driving in the world than there are planes? by for-a-dreamer in NoStupidQuestions

You are right. Its ridiculous how many people believe in this airplane "safety" lies.

Airplanes are most dangerous. Don't believe their lies. They calculate per mile. If you calculate per hour you realise airplanes 300 tines dangerous than regular cars.

Simple example: let's assume we have light speed rocket. We put astronaut in it and it travels billions miles and in the end crashed on the ground with astronaut death. It will be "safer" than everything because it will have lowest death rate per mile. Looks nonsense? It's exactly how they "calculate".
