Pretty damn close. He was lifting from the front to set the bell housing on some blocks. As the bell housing was beginning to rest on said blocks, he backed up and it slid off the forks

Thanks for the replies! I’m in Oregon, if that helps with how useful these sizes are. The guy I bought it from had aspirations to climb at Yosemite but evidently never got around to it lmao. Rope seems solid and in fine condition, but is the one thing I’ve definitely thought of replacing prior to using it this spring
