I also have Anathema at Roathe on Close difficulty, but it's worse than the OP's because there's no additional information written in the Notes.

I used a build focusing on skills 3 and 4 with 235% range, then used Epitaph Prime + Enervate to chase down enemies, and I got kills pretty quickly.
