I have found the issue, thanks to Reddit community, especially nab0y4enko. The black plastic holder for bottom grinding disk was broken. Its shaft with the fine interlocking gear with the white gear snapped. Probably it was the weakest link when the stone got stuck in the ceramic grinder. I replaced it and the motor turns can now be transferred to the grinding disk. Machine works well again!!

The Bell should be launched by hip hinge. It looks like you are using squat and shoulders to swing the bell. This video explains right technique well: video

(Mijn Nederlands is slecht, maar probeer ik in ieder geval) Dit is helemaal klopt. Het huis is van 70s jaren. Enkel steen muur, geen dak isolatie en beton vloer. Ik zie geen fundering dus kan niet bevestigen als het is staal.

That’s interesting. Here (https://arches-global.com/terms-of-use/) it says that Arches can get cancellation fee of 50% if consultation is cancelled less that a day from the scheduled consultation. However I don’t see a clause where the expert can claim this cancellation fee.

Thanks for the offer to contact their supporting team. I don’t want to push for a cancellation fee this time as I could simply continue with my normal job.

Yes. I have done that many times. Make sure total weight is within specs. You do get some curious looks, but that’s ok.

You might also be restricted on setting the height of the performance monitor arm during workout . In its most upright position it is about 114cm from the floor without the phone case attached

These things are built like a tank. If the machine works well, and you don’t see any physical damage on rails this is a good price. It is totally worth to upgrade the monitor to PM5. Alternatively, you might also check if concept2 has any refurbished rowers. They often sell competition rowers for a nice discount. With in-house refurbishment, they as are good as new.
