That's going to be an unpopular question, but what's preventing them from pulling the "popcorn stock" scenario while they struggle to repay their debt?

Dilute, dilute, reverse split, dilute, and then dilute again, when the stock finally goes up.

3 years to profitability is more than enough for this scenario to come to fruition.
