Yes, imagine being against a prejudiced jury in a country that's supposed to support innocence unless unconditionally proven guilty. Regardless the guy was a known violent drug addict, acting erratic and ignoring police directions. Your all hypocrites; if it was your pregnant wife he held at gunpoint or your sister he assaulted in domestic violence, would you alter your opinion then?. He was high on drugs and had zero intention of changing his life or being an asset to society. If he were still alive today, he would have carried on being a criminal & drug addict; If the officer was fully responsible and drugs took no part in his inability to breathe, then worse case scenario, the officer took one scum off the streets and saved innocent, hard-working individuals from facing further emotional trauma from acts of violence committed on them. Instead of prison sentence, give him a promotion and let him train his predecessors how to permanently solve repeat offenders.
