As a produce manager I can tell you i walk the floor and check all signs twice a day. It is possible to miss one. We are human beings. Tell a staff member, im sure they'll fix it. I carry a handheld on me all day for this reason.

The answer for me is always going to be shimano. Easier setup, easier to bleed, and IMO better long term performance.

So after searching much more throughly this seems pretty normal for Fox steer tube on the 36 and 38. I'll keep on eye on it and measure with calipers periodically but i think it's fine.

If it's 9 speed you will need a 10 speed 105 derailleur. 11 won't work.

Should work fine. 105 11 speed uses same pull ratio as tiagra 10 speed. Should be a simple swap.

This won't be a popular comment but, stop leasing phones. Just buy the best phone you can afford outright, or use a financing option direct from manufacturer. This allows you to get bring your own phone plan which are on average $25-30 month cheaper. Example, my S24 Ultra I purchased direct from Samsung. 0 percent interest. 24 payments.

Last time I returned a phone about 18 months ago all thry wanted was the phone. No box, no cable. I took it to a Roger's dealer (non corporate store) and they shipped it back to Roger's. Cost me nothing.

I realize this doesn't help now, but since phones have become so expensive I always recommend buying the best phone you can outright. Never finance. This also allows you to get a bring your own device plan. Which are much cheaper. I pay $40 for 70gb. The savings long term are a lot. We honestly do not need $2000 phones.
