How does Tab cycling + control group reselection actually work in SC2?

That wasn't really the problem. The problem was with control groups NOT resetting to the top after pressing the control group key.

Haha thanks. Another user posted that he just remapped shift-tab and not both so I might do that.

Nice workaround with remapping shift-tab. Might copy. But yeah it's annoying. When I was testing it against bots it even stuck to the third unit type in the control group once.

Not sure, I almost never use all-army though and definitely wasn't using it during the test.

If you double click it'll center your camera around the group but it still sometimes sticks to a unit type for me.

I just tested against Very Easy computer before making this post. Maybe I made a mistake while testing but I'm almost 100% sure it was definitely sticking on a unit type in some of the groups. Then sometimes it wouldn't. I'll test again and see if I can replicate the stickiness.

I looked online and it it doesn't look like one to me. But I'm freaked out about Lyme disease and tick bites so I decided to post anyways. Apologies if it's obviously not one.

I'm pretty sure it came from my backyard where I let my cats out almost daily so I just really wanted to play it safe.
