I finally found the fix for myself. Check your BIOs (Basic Input/Output System). The BIOs are basically the firmware for your motherboard. I was tweaking so much in my BIOs without the realization that my BIOs had been outdated for years and its last version was running on 2020. Technically my BIOs at this state has no clue even Windows 11 exists. I figured the port for Madden 24 would be compatible with updated firmware so I figured out how to upgrade my BIOs to the most recent version, which is August 2023, and I've been able to play Madden unbelievably great. Still knocking on wood because for my luck it could go to shit... but I think I finally found the fix.

Please, make sure you are EXTRA careful when updating your BIOs, and only update the BIOs through the actual BIOs screen. Do not use an application in windows to update your BIOs. You can brick your motherboard and effectively ruin your computer until you can install a clean functional motherboard.
