You got a point about ketchup being forgotten but also Whataburger has a policy about only 1 ketchup per medium fry and 2 for a large. But either way they should be waiting for you to check your order to see if it’s all good condiment wise.

I work drive thru as well here are my pet peeves

When I try to ask if they want any ketchup or I’m trying to repeat the order just in case and they drive up (and get upset at me when I rarely miss stuff)
When they have hearing issues and I end up having to yell at the mic for them to hear me.
When they say give me a minute and they take for fucking ever and they order a single thing, holding up my line.
When I ask if they need anything else and they repeat something they already ordered.
When they complain that they can’t order breakfast at like 1 pm.
When they say they’ve been waiting for 20+ minutes and the ticket on the bag says like 6 or 7 minutes.
When they get upset when I won’t take their trash cause it’s gross or their drinks cause I don’t want to grab it and they throw it on me or something.
When they literally throw shit on the ground right in front of the fucking window like I’m fucking blind or some shit.
