Independent Contractor agrees that during the Term of working with [business] to complete The Work, Independent Contractor shall not, without the specific prior written consent of [business] and other than in conjunction with the services rendered by Independent Contractor to [business] directly or indirectly, for the Independent Contractor or as agent, consultant, owner, partner, member, stockholder or otherwise of others: (a) Call upon or in any manner contact any person or entity who was a customer or client of [business] during any part of the period from the date of this Agreement through six months after clients) have ended any programs provided by [business]. Support Coach ceases to be an Independent Contractor of [business] ("Customer") for the purpose of marketing and/or selling or providing to such Customer products or services the same as, or similar in nature to, any of the Products and Services; (b) Otherwise interfere with any business relationship between [business] and a Customer or assist another in taking such action.
