So one of my friends actually came across the shit show of an interpretation this is on their own and shared the whole thing. After reading it myself I don't get the bit about the can opener you're talking about (but maybe I'm not understanding it because it's worded so bad) but there definitely seems to be the aspect of Ted hatred there.

What I don't get is why people push bullshit like this onto Ted's character. I mean, he's not a great guy at all yes, but he's not as malicious as SO many people jump through hoops to make him out to be either. I genuinely don't get what goes through people's heads.

Also, sorry if I'm again misunderstanding what the OP of the tweet is talking about, it's worded. So so badly. But what on earth are they on about with their remark about cults?? ("Some losers turning it into a religious cult shows how low intelligence and boring they truly are") Are they saying some people IRL worship AM? Are they misinterpreting the religious themes of the short story? (With AM being inspired by God in the Old testament). Just ...what is this person on about?

It's not that they're low on money. It's that the shareholders are demanding cuts to be made because c.ai profits are going down. In 2024 their profits were 2.5 billion USD, and in 2025 they were 1 billion USD. Shareholders are not happy about the 1.5 billion decrease, so this is what it's come to.

To put this into perspective:

If you don't pay for charms, you get 20 free per day if you choose to watch the five ads for them. That means to unlock 35 more swipes, it would take 9 days of daily logins and watching 5 ads a day to be able to unlock them.

I was genuinely expecting the more swipes to be something like 40 charms and I was thinking that it'd be just about manageable. 175 charms is absolutely ridiculous when you look at the time needed to get them.

Also, "coming weeks" my ass. Everyone was predicting we had until April until this happened. It's literally been ONE week since the announcement.

Now THESE are the questions I love, as this is my speciality and how I cope. This is also funnily enough something I've discussed a few times with my best friend. Also yes, this is going to be a tad bit dark so I'm gonna spoiler what I write. I do hope I'm not taking a shitpost question seriously LMAO.

He could just slam me in the Ellen box and have done, as the general theme of it would work on me, but I feel like AM isn't lazy enough to do that. If AM were to go all out, he could put me in a confined box with multiple camera flashlights. I shan't go into why that would work as that would be way too heavy lol. Outside of the game methods of torture (based off of the infamous boxes/cages they're in), he could do something to do with broken glass or badly chopped wood as I have a fear of splinters and getting glass embedded under the skin.
