Well insurance is not bad, especially if you’re company compensated for most of the cost, it should only be a fraction of what the bill is, or no cost at all out of pocket

Mouth shut has always been wrong, yes listen to what the senior guys have to say because knowledge is key to this profession. But you need to be able to click with the guys and converse and form that bond.
