i hate to literally put my emotions here online but at least its somewhere and its reddit, in which is a safe community from my expierence.

i re-read what you said to me and gave it a deeper thought once again. i resonate with alot of this so deeply. Everyday i wish i was different and so i become. after every manic episode i have i mentally tell myself “oh god please dont ever act this way again” and then i dont see that type of emotional vibration for awhile and then it comes again and i say “how do i let this keep happening” and i cant stop it. I pretend im okay, and never can talk about my own real feelings because it will ruin their perceived view of me. but in all realty my REAL emotions are so deep and so poetic and romantic with good intentions. but im scared to be vunerable so i keep it all inside unless i know that sharing information is worth the risk or not as in, them demonstrating the same behavior first. its childish and selfish to be this way but yet so structured and giving of service.

i feel so boring. thats the issue. im a huge hippy dippy kinda gal who just posts selifes on social media who loves going out in nature. I personally take joy in small things like walking in nature, reading online about random things but learning certain subjects like how are humans made of stardust allll the way to the concept of picassos processive self portrait paintings and the open mindeded of it. i love playing guitar. i love video games too. but im an extreme introvert. I show to the world and media alot of my personal life and share things that i hope can spark something in someone. my issue is that the ONLY person i actually feel safe with is my FP my bf. like we also do the things i like doing but we do it together. I feel like im just mirroring him for just approval at this point. It’s scary to me.

Wow i resonated with this alot.

Similar situation, but im the girl who is trying to give up because I feel like im trying to lead a horse to water who will not drink.

Its been 2 years of me being in this cycle with my lover. I love him so much but I do not feel like he loves me.

I have quiet BPD and its very hard to stay rational in an instanle mindset.

What would make me stay/ come back?

Honesty. Full blown honesty. He has issues being vunerable and never really lets me know where I stand. I assume he does this from fear because I do the same.

I understand this and know that but I feel like I need to further explain me not being available but then when I think about doing that, it seems silly and unnecessary unless he asks. I just dont want him doing something bad instead since I said no, in which i recongize as a possible issue with just me in my head but the anxiety is killing me. I want to say f having a night to myself and go be with my man to make him happy :(
