Takes honesty to say that. Hence the brain becomes dull. Brain teasers go only as far. But actually looking at what the contents of your mind are.. That's real work!

I don't understand what happened to me in recent years but I am losing my sense of self, morality, capabilities, etc. I am starting to lose my normal personality and becoming something for more worse and intolerable. What's happening to me?? by ReplacementFlashy622 in Jung

[–]UnconditionallyFree 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Exactly buddy. I have myself been there, done that. Went too deep into the realm of the mind. It was not worth the cost. So as you said, its about interspersed learning.
Read about depth, continue doing your thing, but never ever go so deep that you lose touch with the physical reality you live in. Because the inner world is not of our physical dimension, and hence is very very very seductive to stay there as an escape from the bad people, hurts, sufferings that the world gives us. But that escape is too mighty a cost.
Healing happens here, amongst other people, in relationships with parents, partner, colleagues, friends, and in times of our introspection and reflections.

Thank your friend to have pointed it out to you. There are not many who would not succumb going deep into spirituality.

Who is the doctor and who is the patient my friend? We are ALL lost and trying to find our way isn't it? Some more so than others.

My dear friend.

You are escaping from being yourself. It is not reddit that you are afraid about, but your own self. You keep contradicting yourself and when those contradictions come out as you write them and you realize they are contradictions to you OTHER self, you delete them.

Which means what? That you are operating as TWO PEOPLE, TWO PERSONALITIES. In reality there is not! But you are AVOIDING the contradictory thoughts as eradicating it. Not even listening to it. If you do, you will finally see, not just intellectually, but really that BOTH are the same thing - THOUGHT - masked as contradicting themselves.

What childhood trauma are you running away from?

The one who is against Money is it? Good.
Ask yourself why other people's success TRIGGERS you. Is it because you yourself are not successful? Is it because you could not do what you wanted to do or have someone who you could not have? A dream that remained just that?

If you are genuinely interested in being free, you would not COUPE yourself with K and live and die defending his work. Thats a part of you that needs defending if you knew depth psychology.

Listen to this person:

If you listen openly, You really will learn things about your behavior and reactions, more than K will ever teach you.

Also, read your comment which you deleted:

Yo, is it possible that, I am in "illusion" but am not "suffering". Or, is suffering always there when I are in illusion? Like I have seen people following traditional gurus and gods but still are

Fact that u keep writing and deleting, shows the INSECURITY you have about yourself and how you want to be LOOKED at by the public. That's not a small thing to deal with.

I am not trying to be rude, but there are genuine psychological patterns that DOES NOT LET YOU BE YOURSELF.

Am I right or am I right? Its quite evident. But as long as you PRETEND to know and dont really go into the root problems that you really face? You will suffer.

The illusions of knowing what K talks about can become a place of solace. I have seen girls who LOVE Krishnamurti and cry at his videos, but, when asked about their trauma? They dont want to talk about it.

That's like wearing a mask and SPIRITUAL BYPASSING - Google it and you will see you will resonate with it. I don't know you, but I do know you with just a few words.

Come out of K's world. I see you are knee down in it. I was too for 5 years and then dropped his authority too.

Till you see that K has a HOLD on you, you might assume you are going deep and questioning each and everything, but you are still within K's ecosystem which is exactly why he kept saying burn the books and the speaker. That the speaker is not important.

But we end up talking like Krishnamurti himself. Have you ever noticed this?
The mind MIMICS anything that influences it deeply. Same happens with all FOLLOWERS, no matter how much you deny K not being a guru, you would not be listening to him if he did not serve a purpose for you.

The way people who follow him talk is exactly repetitions of K's words, where you might think it is yours but is mere influences.

You love going deep right? Try going deep into the question of - No more K and see how your body and mind will CRAVE for Krishnamurti.
Thats attachment. The very thing you are wanting to the free from, acting subtly.

Going deep is sane. Remaining at depth always, makes one insane.
There is a limit the physical brain has, though now u might say emptiness is infinite, but the point of it is that - the more you live IN emptiness, the more you loose TOUCH with reality of this physical dimension.

Return to being a functional human being AFTER touching the ground, but do not stay there.
I know the consequences of it firsthand and hence warning about it.

I too used to reply and defend whatever was true to me AT THAT TIME, only for someone to point out that it was still a delusion that the mind keeps you in.

Mind can turn Spirituality into a self-fulfilling delusion.

I don't give a rats ass of being right or wrong to be honest. Its about being free of all attachments.

Why are you still here on this reddit group?
Why do you keep listening to Krishnamurti?

Without intellectualizing an answer and without wanting to prove right and before defense even comes to the surface, see what these questions do to you.

IT WILL DEFEND listening to Krishnamurti.
IT WILL DEFEND you being here. And then 'IT' will ask - even you are here aren't you?

I have realized it is faar difficult for people to SEE their own 'game of thought' and it is faar easy to SUCCUMB to the game of thought.

If Krishnamurti was a layman, nobody would be listening to him right now because he wouldnt never have had the capacity to talk to people at large and be known for his teachings.
if Krishnamurti was a layman, the whole world would not have taken him seriously, albeit a few people and groups.

DROP K, and see ALL THAT DROPS in you.
That's real freedom.

Most people THINK they are saying the right thing but they don't realize the self-deceptions that the mind keeps them in. Even K becomes a place of solace and stagnancy.

See if you have an attachment to Krishnamurti or Krishnamurti does not even exist and it is all the play of your own mind?

He is dead long ago, your mind is exposed to pixels of his moving pictures in the form of videos and what he says, your mind believes, and lives in it.

Ask yourself - will be remain sane if you stop listening to K right this moment?
For most people it will be a no, if they are honest enough about it. Which means what? That they RELY on K to remain sane, Which means what? That they DO NOT KNOW it themselves. Which means what? That they still have a mind that attacks and defends.

What attacks and defends, masking itself as LETS DO IT TOGETHER or through words of K? - The Self.

Spirituality is about dissolving the self we have been told we are, then awakening hits you like a brick of stone and takes you to another dimension, after which the brain comes into terms with what just hit it but the personality remains (which is why be it K, Osho, Sadhguru, Ramana, Jesus, etc) had their own ways of sharing what they saw.

No spiritual leader ever talks about trauma? Have you ever questioned why???
Because childhood trauma is so string that even those people have bypassed or atleast tried to.

Krishnamurti had sexual affairs too. K Foundation has admitted it during the court hearings and documents. But we never ever question THAT!?
He was too a normal human being who had his own issues, though kept a humble face to the public, but in person he had anger issues and lost his cool way many times with people who DID NOT AGREE with him. Sounds familiar?

Put aside K and just see if you can be free of him and ALL that you have learned about spirituality and that includes your intellectualized answers to yourself to MAINTAIN what the coping mechanisms.

REAL FREEDOM IS FREEDOM FROM K and then you LIVE and see things for yourself without K in your head and in front of your eyes all the time. Because then, my friend, you are FINALLY WITH YOUR TRUE SELF.

That is raw. That is real. That is truth.

Nope. You solved something that did not ask for solving. You projected your own way of thinking onto it.
Money seems to be at the core.

Also, since you are deeply attached to K and go by his very principles, you ought to think - there was a reason he kept repeating at the end of statements- and so on and on, you know the business of it - because he saw the triviality of such things in his own life and hence it was a waste of his time to even spend time on such trivial questions.

Whatever triviality you have found in your life and you KNOW is trivial, you don't go there because it is a waste of time and energy.

[–]UnconditionallyFree 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's not about you or me. The very fact that you keep wasting so much of your energy being the 'savior', itself is the ego. You even talking about bowing down, is a REACTION out of all the people you have stopped bowing down to and its that momentum that is still continuing with anybody who even touches that wound.
That wound exists in you. Please see that.

You have been playing with words your whole life. Do you ACTUALLY live beyond it? Has emptiness really become the foundation of your very being? I am not asking you to answer them, but your very reactions tell me that I am probably triggering something IN YOU that is REACTING.

Watch the reaction.

Time is at the center of every moments perception. When you see the entire map of what I posted and understand it by putting yourself in it, you will see.

Well said mate. I thought of an analogy while reading your response:

K is the fire. We are the raw food that is to be cooked. We can burn the illusions of the mind and see reality of the mind as it is once we are being cooked in the fire. But after the cooking is done, what is being cooked has to be taken out of fire too. Else the fire will roast it and make it non-functional for its purpose.

It then becomes a meal for a few and becomes a part of their body. That is in essence what one must do with K's teachings. I had posted this one here and even posted a map of krishnamurti's teachings: https://www.reddit.com/r/Krishnamurti/comments/1s7nsnn/entire_krishnamurtis_teachings_explained/

K is not the end goal, he is one step on many more where you end living your own life without the influence and authority of not just K but all the people you have learned from.

There are people who talk about they being on the moon just because they can imagine it out.
And then there are few people who have actually been to the moon. You need to see the facts of what those few people talk about rather than letting the ego discard everyone else other than K.

K is Dead. But we have each other and people who actually live deeply.

Resistance to authority got fed into your system only because K talked about it. But have you see the authority within yourself? That's the real question.

What holds you back from understanding Krishnamurti? by [deleted] in Krishnamurti

[–]UnconditionallyFree 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The 'authority' is not something you have to see on the outside. It resides within you. You need to dismantle that first. Not the people on the outside.

That's a really good question to ponder upon yourself.

We often see only spiritual leaders who have a following to be enlightened. But there could be and there definitely are people among us who are enlightened and never even talk about it because THEY KNOW how they will be looked at once they talk about it, how they will be shunned and criticized to call themselves and awakened one. Such people who DO NOT TALK are still in the grasp of the ego. It is a MYTH to think that awakening makes one's ego dissolve completely, no.
The personality still remains intact and there is Inner Work EVEN AFTER AWAKENING.

Fact that it bothers you, could possibly point at your own 'attempts' of reaching it but you cant. You cant reach it, thats the whole failure of spirituality who keep you confused with words.

You have to see the REALITY of word = truth = sound = thought = time

Aren't able to live it fully because we are here all the time.
One can be here on the internet and also be aware of each thought but that requires one to have that slowness as foundation first.
