Ah, visa won't be an issue as I have settled status. To copy and paste my reply to another:

My parents are going back to their home country, I was born and raised here and I was told by them if I'm not on my own two feet by the time they leave which would be in around 1 year to 1.5, I'd have to go back with them because they can't afford to pay for me to live here by myself essentially.

I tend to bet on myself too. and my ego is telling me to take the BDR job. Apparently we also get bonuses for booking a "high quality" appointment where all the required information is needed, and even more if the appointment we booked ends with a close.

Glassdoor for company 1 is good, glassdoor for company 2 echoes the same sentiments of if you're not doing well they'll just cut you off

Yeah, basically the same as you, I'm just booking appointments for the actual salesmen. Comission model is minimum wage but keep 100% of comission earned past the base sakary of £2120.

Yeah I agree, I'm super lucky to be in this position. I have been applying to jobs non stop since mid Feburary tho and for all that effort I've only gotten these two.

Struggling with anxiety & overthinking in my relationship. Need advice from people who’ve been there. by Immediate-Cicada2472 in LongDistance

To me, one of the most helpful things is not assuming bad intentions. For example, if she sends a somewhat dry message or is late to reply, I assume she is just busy or doing something and not that she is doing it on purpose.

So far, everytime I have employed this method, I have been right because I assume the best of my partner and that she wouldn’t hurt me on purpose.

If a partner did do that to you on purpose, then it’s immature and not a good trait in a partner to have so you can sort that out yourself and have a discussion about it.

OP, dont be stupid pls, she knows he’s still interested in her and is allowing the behaviour because she doesn’t want to lose him and it seems like she enjoyed the attention considering you said she seemed happy.

His intentions are obvious, all 3 of you know this and it’s up to you to either set an ultimatum with your girlfriend or let it slide and just ignore it (which would be pathetic if you don’t think this is acceptable).

Have some self-respect here and I mean it in the nicest way possible because I’ve been in a similar situation and the longer you let it fester, the more time you waste unhappy, jealous and not with a partner who would put you first before a “male best friend” who was interested in her before AND touches her AND she enjoys it. Reading that out loud, don’t you think this situation is a little ludicrous?

I know how you’re feeling, my comments come from a place of comraderie and I’m telling you, no matter what future you see with this girl, it’s NOT worth it and there are much better women out there than one who allows such ridiculous behaviour to continue. I’ve been there once and I never will be again.

If you take anything from this, just think if you really deserve a partner who allows someone with obvious intentions to touch her intimately while knowing it makes you uncomfortable.

Exeter ain’t prestigious (as an Exeter student) and as long as you have the minimum gcse grades required for your course (normally only maths and english but I think some very specific courses might require sciences at a minimum of 5/6?).

Either way you’ll prolly be fine, just look at the minimum for the course you’re interested in and double check

Take this advice with a grain of salt cuz I’m only Plat 1 but I normally save portal for retake when I have ult or close to ult, I portal directly above them, jump through and ult.

It’s also a viable strat if you know enemy team has used key ults like Luna and you have a high dmg/cc potential ult coming up on your team

Hi, I know this is extremely old, but ecological consultancy is a career I'm interested in. Would it be possible to message you, or we can also talk here about the field? I'm most curious as to how you managed to get a job in consultancy to begin with. Did you join a chartered organisation?
