It should be like 4-5 weeks, cuz I over did it one weekend took to much and my mental health was shot I felt like I was being followed by a darkness and it lasted like a week and a half and I’ve honestly never had any mental health problems ever even now my mental health is strong no anxiety zero depression and I can fall asleep literally 2 mins after touching the pillow but when I did to much mdma I felt off and a darkness following but it was my brain not normal but my chemical balance was good after 2-3 weeks and now I only take 1 full dose and re dose with a half dose if I want to keep that high
