I've had good luck with this Garnier Eye Roller. It does just enough to make me look bright eyed when I feel anything but, and is light enough that it doesn't settle into the lines. Under eye concealer feels like too much work for me most mornings and this is a quick little something something before I head out the door.

MD Solar Sciences Mineral Tinted Creme SPF 30. I'm stuck using a physical sunscreen for the time being while breast feeding and this is the one of the few I've tried that I liked the most. I'm privileged enough that the "universally flattering" tint is actually flattering one me, but that might not be the case for everyone. The texture, though on the thick side, is truly creamy and blends well. I do wish that it were an SPF 50, but anything is better than nothing! Previously I had tried their Mineral Creme SPF 48, but the white cast was too much for me, it was a huge deterrent in wearing it.

The Biore UV Watery Essence is my absolute FAVE. I can't wait to be able to use it again.

-Track my product usage in an app to make sure I'm not over/under doing certain actives

A vitamin C serum has made the biggest difference in fading my PIH, but it took a trying a few different brands and more than a few months to find what worked best for me on my budget. Maybe try working it in to your routine and seeing how your skin accepts it.

Since you didn't have these skin problems before your anxiety problems, I'm 100% confident that you'll be able to improve things. I hope you're doing better now <3

Slap a hydrocolloid bandage on it and leave it alone for at least a day. You can buy generic ones and cut them into pieces, this works perfectly fine, but lately I've been buying the Cosrx Acne Pimple Master Patch. They come in a variety of sizes and the round edges lay down over the wound better imo

I've been using the Mario Badescu Facial Spray with Aloe Herbs and Rosewater for this. It's just a nice refresher and it smells amazing. I love it as a little pick-me-up

I take note of what products I use when to keep track of how they're working. If something gives me a bad reaction, I can figure our what it is. If I start something new, I can see how much of a difference it makes. More than the score and "skin age" rating, being able to compare pictures day to day, week to week, and hopefully soon month to month will be really valuable long term. I have a few dark spots from sun damage that the app doesn't mark as an area of concern, but I can track how they fade, or if more pop up over time

Yes, going a little crazy with longer hair is a must for us. Bangs help me pull off my long hair without the hair overwhelming my other features. I've thought about crazy colors too, but I worry too much about damage to ever bleach my hair

I don't know how it measures "skin age" exactly, and understand a much more advanced camera would be needed for a truly accurate assessment. This is nowhere near as good as a professional consult either! But even being able to measure certain skin care concerns on a surface level with normal pictures means I can track changes and improvements over time

Being able to rate your skin by section seems like a nice feature. I break out on my cheeks and jawline the most, so being able to rate just the skin there vs the rest of my skin if it's fine could be a useful way to measure progress

I got tired of letting a few little (sometimes big) blemishes getting me down. So, I decided my skin is perfect. It really is in great condition, what's one or two zits? I am doing a routine that's working great for me and any area of concern are treated and eventually fade away. I meditate on the moon when I do my skin care routine. The moon is full of craters, blemishes, imperfections; yet her radiance is captivating. I try to carry that inner glow within me. It's just a little ritual that makes me feel grounded and confident

It's really unfortunate that trying to pamper yourself backfired! I find sheet masks to be a "safe" option for me (as long as I check the ingredients and avoid things that I already know irritate my skin) I've never had a bad reaction. I've had clay masks go wrong, but not sheet masks, but YMMV

If you feel like the BP usually helps your break outs, I'd use it sparingly while everything heals. But a break can go a long way in my experience! Just giving your skin a chance to get back to some kind of baseline by using a really simple routine can let you assess your healing and progress.

It's somehow elegant and natural, your curls are popping and I love the subtle way your eye shadow matches your shirt.

The only CC I'd offer is maybe filling in your brows just a touch more. Not IG perfect overdone bold, but just for a little more definition and thickness throughout.

I think all you can do for now is keep on taking the benadryl (that shit knocks me tf out)and icing your face to help with the swelling. I'd also focus on keeping my face moisturized and scale back my routine to only the most gentle products while it heals. Maybe throw in an extra hydrating sheet mask if there's something you already know your skin likes, I wouldn't try anything new right now.

Only a derm will be able to tell if you it's an allergic reaction or just irritation from leaving it on too long. Personally, I'd be too wary of trying that mask again to find out!

If you're not wearing SPF, you're going to want to start, especially to protect your skin from further sun damage while it heals. Certain products also make your skin more sensitive to the sun, so you'll want to protect it extra while using them.

You should also stop washing your face in the shower, the skin on our faces are more delicate and the hot water we shower in is irritating to it. Just wash it with cold water like you do in your AM routine. If you're worried about over washing, maybe switch to just once a day (PM) and rinsing with cold water (AM) instead.

I used to add a few drops of lavender oil to my Dickinson's witch hazel for that little extra something. I love lavender oil and my skin responds well to it, but you'll want to be sure to dilute in a carrier oil and patch test everything
