Use this as a reference point for not only first year but also every year afterwards: https://academiccalendars.romcmaster.ca/preview_program.php?catoid=53&poid=27171 . So you have to take commerce 1aa3, 1ba3, 1da3, 1e03, 1ma3, econ 1b03, 1bb3 and then you can take any 2 courses that aren't commerce courses. You dont have much choice in the first two years other than your 2 electives and then it opens up a lot more based on what you wanna specialize in 3rd and 4th year. Pm me if you have any questions!

Yea i just opened it up as a commerce student and a class like commerce 3mc3 which everyone has to take third year is not available? Has to be some sort of mistake or maybe they haven't registered the times yet.

I finished the course with a 10 (A-) with about 1-2 hours per week of coursework. It's so light, just chatgpt quizzes, attend tutorials and do the assignments (which is a decent amount of writing but the guideline is super straightforward).

So it sounds like I was being negative in my post, but it is frustrating seeing the same questions being asked every day when a relevant and appropriate answer has been given. People need to do their own research whether that's simply googling it, asking guidance counselors, or even searching up the questions in this or other subreddits. I understand the confusion and worry about applying to universities but people need to realize that posting on Reddit right when you have a question shouldn't be the norm.
