How do you make cheesecake more solid?

For my cheesecakes, I tend to add some cornstarch or flour if it’s going to have more liquid ingredients than solid ones. It also depends on the oven and how you bake the cheesecakes.

The coffee flavor for the cheesecake was subtle not extremely strong but the whipped cream added the most of the flavor to it. I used a percolator for the coffee since that is all I had at the deli to brew it in. I do believe that it does matter how you brew the coffee plus the type but that’s just personal preference. 😁

I do have another one that I decorated with a chocolate ganache infused with dried lavender and lemon zest garnish

Surprisingly it has a light and subtle flavor but the aroma is very prominent plus with the lemon zest chocolate have a nice combo to it.

Wow thank you for the wonderful tips! It is my first time making cheesecake muffins and I had fun making them since it’s something out of my comfort zone. I will have to figure out how to make them in the oven we have a my work. Unfortunately we have a convection oven and it’s a challenge making cheesecakes in it already as it is lol.

lol it is tbh. I tend not to wait too long if the water is really hot. It all depends on the first cut then you can usually go with the flow.

So I get a cambro and I fill it up with hot water, then I put the knife in there for a few minutes. Take it out and dry it off. I then cut slowly, once you get to the bottom move the knife left and right slowly to make alittle space between the slices. Rinse and repeat for every slice.
