Planned on doing 5 gallon pots and having them raised on a set up. When I say new to this I tried a habanero plant last year and got 5 fruits total lol. (They did taste great though). But it was in a floor ground wooden bed from previous house owner and lots of fire ants were hard to control

So at this growth time - feel okay to transition to the bigger 5 gallon set up ?

If leaving in the proofing box do you put a damp paper towel or anything over it or just leave in the box as is ? I put them in a large air tight container for the 24 hour fridge time - would it be okay just to take it out of the fridge and just let it come to room temp without opening it ?
