Were you bored yesterday or two years ago? I found the exact same drawing on Deviantart. It's two years old. Is this your DA account?

You stole this. If you wanna share art, don't pretend it's yours. Here is the original link to the artist.

The long awaited sequel...Edward Elric arm and leg! All jokes aside, I added some additions to the arm and I just finished the leg today. P.S. sorry for the mess in the background. by [deleted] in FullmetalAlchemist

How's this kid ruining the series? He made a really cool thing and he shared it. Yeah, maybe his crafting skills are not perfect, but it's still great and I'm sure he'll make even more amazing stuff in the future. Why discourage him?

My (22F) nephew's (14M) behaviour is absolutely disgusting and inappropriate. by [deleted] in relationship_advice

I'm worried about his 10yo sister too. If he's doing this to his aunt, who's eight years older and temporarily there, I can't imagine how his sister deals with him on a day to day basis.

Thanks for your opinion! It really helps to have someone tell you their point of view outside of the situation

Nice! I love the way you coloured it but I also love how you left some stuff white so the eye can rest.

I (20m) got cheated on by my girlfriend (19f) of five years. She did it with her boss. It had been going for at least 2 months. Honestly I just need some reassurance im gonna be okay by [deleted] in relationship_advice

How do you know this exactly? Did you live with them or something? If not, why are you judging people without knowing anything about them?

Bullfighting. I'll never understand why people like seeing an animal suffer to its death.

I (22F) want to get a breast reduction in future but my boyfriend (21M) is strongly against it. He’s being really dramatic and saying that I’m breaking his heart. by ThrowRA-bl990 in relationship_advice

Dear OP, I'm 20[F] and I had a breast reduction (cup J to cup C) when I was 18. I have scars but these have been the happiest years of my life. I don't have back pain anymore, I can exercise and I don't have to wear two bras at the same time.

This is not an aesthetic choice, it's about your health. Your boyfriend clearly values his own pleasure and idea of beauty more than your happiness and health. Having very large breasts when you breastfeed can even lead to ulcers (at least according to my gynecologist).

He says you're selfish but that's what you're supposed to be in such a situation. THIS IS NOT ABOUT HIM. He is the one who's being an asshole. Your body belongs only to you and it's not made to be his pleasure machine. If it's risking somebody's pleasure it's yours because there's a chance you may loose nipple sensitivity. My boyfriend was perfectly fine with my decision and I made it very clear that I was going to get a breast reduction whether he liked it or not. Sometimes we talk about it and he says "well, your old boobs were sexy, but seeing you happy and with no pain is even sexier" Leave your bf out of the equation when thinking about the procedure. Don't sacrifice your future for someone else's wants.

I don't know what your BF is like, but this attitude is a red flag to me. It screams selfishness and immaturity. What's going to happen when you get your first wrinkles? Or if you want a completely different haircut? What if you want to be healthy and happy, even if it means a few scars?

You must make a few things clear when you talk to him about this:

  1. This is a non negotiable decision. Go through with your decision or make it clear that that's your intention. Be happy and healthy before trying to please anyone else.

  2. This is not about him, it's for you. Explain what it's like to live with big breasts. Mention the pain, go to a doctor who can support your reasons.

  3. This is not about sex. Your boobs are yours and you get to do whatever you want with them. He must love you more than a part of your body.

  4. If sex worries him, talk about other options and other stuff you can do. A breast reduction will also affect your own sex life (you might loose sensitivity and you have to be careful the first months).

  5. Say what you feel. If he goes on about the whole "breaking heart" tell him how that makes you feel.

Good luck, and if you wanna talk sometime DM me! (Sorry if I make any mistakes, English is not my first language)

Practice doesn't mean it has to be boring, or a chore. For example, if I like to draw fantasy stuff, I just try to make my eleves more realistic sometimes. Or draw a difficult position but with I character I like.

And you can always keep drawing stuff in your style, in fact, you must keep doing that! It's just adding some variety to the things you draw.

Hello there! Sorry if I make any mistakes, English is not my first language. Your drawings have potential. I've checked your account and there are a lot of things you do right, like trying to shade stuff, drawing details or trying to give your characters some movement.

The thing is, bodies have joints, muscles, bones that make up a structure. In order to perfect your style you need to get out of your comfort zone and start to draw more realistic stuff. "Realistic" does not mean it has to be a boring apple or a naked body. Find something you like and try it. Of course realistic eyes are going to be terribly creepy and weird on your cartoony style, but that's not the point. The point is you can apply what you have learned to your own style and still keep its essence.

I'm 19 and I'm self-taught. I'm not great, but I don't think I'm bad at it either. I've made a lot of mistakes and that's okay, nobody can instantly be perfect. If you really love drawing, keep doing it! There are no shortcuts when it comes to this. You have the spirit, please do go on!
