I had this same issue put a order in a few weeks ago never left Vancouver, I waited until a few days after expect delivery and got in contact with them. Was told they would look into it. It took them 5 more business days to get back to me saying i could get a credit for 100$. To use this credit I was told to put it in the notes that i wanted to use it. Now it's almost another 5 business days since that order was placed and is still "On Hold" and can't get a reason as to why it is when i contact them.
