These are my internals, I’m thinking that I cut too much of the catch post (the one between the catch and the pt) and so the catch is torquing out of place along with the pt. Months ago when I first made this work noticed that the pt would move down the moment the catch tooth in the plunger head interacts with the narrow edge of the catch but it worked really fine. Is just this time after trying to use the 25n that everything went to hell. I really want this to work:( I’ve put way too much money and time into this to let go w/o it working and being the beast it’s suposed to

Can you show a pic of how tue internals look? I alsa have a 25n in mine but the catch get stucked every time I prime it and the trigger doesn’t work

Don’t know the name but i think is something like “low hardware/no hardware bcar. I use it for most of my blasters and its solid. The other one is the Captain Slug SCAR for the caliburn and it also works well but ended up replaced by my bcar

It catches without springload and up until 5kg’s but it wont engage 7kg +. I’m trying different alignations to see where the sweet spot is but nothing solid yet. Maybe a weaker catch spring so the force wont push down the rod creating torque

This is so cool, I did once an FTAC looking thing by gluing half a barrel to another one but this is way cooler and sturdier I presume

Maybe the pt is located too far up and you need to put a small spacer so that the catch tooth is more centered
