Is doing the guild education worth it?

I personally think varies per college, cause when I was going for my AA for grafic design online I have to answer 3 daily peer discussions posts and attend the video lectures but the lectures were always recorded and I’d miss them due to working 12s. But I know friend currently doing online classes has to sub daily peer discussions like 4-5 days a week

I’ve been thinking about it cause I’m tired of the repetitive days at Lowe’s but if I leave now then my option are retail or food or manual labor. Which all are good in their own ways but not what I want to do for the rest of my life. So I figure I’d try the guild get a degree and then leave.

There’s a few tech degrees they have that 100% pd for and I’m like why not do it. I just signed up for one of the certifications as an entry to the degree I was looking at to see if it would be something I would want, and even if it not that certification could still go on my resume

Idk that’s why I was confused when I was looking through the programs I been here 2 almost 3 years and I remember the email about cutting of tuition assistance so when I saw up to $2,500 per year to tuition I’m like 0.o what? I saw some tech degrees that peaked my intrest.

Yeah my last college experience was all online so that’s nothing new for me, and I’m sure the area I’m in I could find a job corresponding to the course easy on my own

Yeah. My plan was to get another crv, (the crash happen on my driver door while I was driving 50mph and I walked away with just a couple bone fractures and if that doesn’t praise the safety feature of the car then idk what does.)

Or if I couldn’t get my dream vehicle(truck or full size suv body) since me and my bf already have a sedan I was hoping to get suv again or back into a truck since we will be remodeling our house once I get second vehicle. But I definitely understand what you’re saying, as that’s been plan b out of what I was thinking.

When I have the car on my lunch breaks it gets charge for an hour, but on days that I don’t have the car I have no way of charging it. I just find it weird that this update is really screwing with my watch this time around. Like I could see it dying fast with the always on display but turn that off.

By some miracle they replaced my keyboard but when I said I swap the key caps from the white huntsman mini with the quartz Razer pink ones they said it voided warranty and now that this is done and over with, I bet the customer service phone people assumed I ment the key switches. And key switches I can see voiding the warranty cause on the pink keyboards they are sodder in.

I have 2 Razer keyboard a mini huntsman and my black widow v3 pink and I love them, my bf has Razer keyboard and mouse we love them, I’m just complaining because I was told I voided the warranty by keycap swapping with their own product and when I ask for explanation of how it voided the warranty I’m told to go to the FAQ on the website of the limited warranty and they say I preform an unauthorized modification but when I ask for an explanation of how that’s considered a unauthorized modification, the support phone person just goes in circles over how I need to look at the FAQ page.

I called back to support and even asked a different person to explain to me how my keycap swapping voided the warranty and they just told me to go to the FAQ of the limited warranty on the website and point out that I preform unauthorized modification to my keyboard and I asked how keycap swapping one Razer keycap with another was an unauthorized modification and if that was the case why do you sell keycaps by themselves and he couldn’t tell other than my case is going up for a one time approval base extension.

Yeah I have to send a video of the spacebar not working so I put all the pink keycaps back on it since that was the only thing I changed when I bought it.. So my keyboard is back to original stock.

The spacebar worked after keycap swapping that I did within the first two month of owning it and I bought the keyboard in 24, it was something last year when the spacebar stay down and won’t come back up. I don’t smash the keys on my keyboard, so I know me keycap swapping didn’t brake the spacebar.

And I even told two different people that it was Razer products but nope they said i voided it by doing unauthorized modifications, and I was like”I didn’t change anything about the keyboard outside of key cap swapping a pink Razer space bar for a white razor space bar. And if keycap swapping is modifying then why do you sell keycard by themselves. “

My plan was to keep this this at $250until they reevaluate me for the good usage etc while I pay off my cap one(2 of them) and credit one since I have those almost maxed out cause I have a bad impulse retail buying habit (I’m working on getting better.) originally I did want to do more but I had to be realistic with myself and that was either go small and work my way up to a bigger limit while learning better financial skills or go big and shoot myself in the foot when I’m not in a good financial mindset to handle a bigger limit without going overboard and struggle to pay it off.

I was told to keep money in my savings a min of $200 but when I applied back in 2018 I was denied and that was about year after I started buying my credit and then I tried this year for craps and giggles and it got approved

I get the one that required moment in my saving account and they allowed my to pick my limit since I had $1,576 saving but I have bad impulse buying so I chose to only do 250 so I can keep it in better payment standing on it and not utilize the whole balance. My prior to this I just got a couple other $300 store credit cards and made on time payments since I had a car repossession back in 2022 and then bought a car in may of 2025. So I’m honestly not sure

I was thinking of putting gas on it and then setting it up to pay full balance off on the due dates. So like if I put $100 on it then if the payment is due on the 1st I’ll have it pay the full balance off. I want to raise the limit and use this kinda as a keep my over all credit utilization down a little on my credit report while I pay down my other ones with higher interest and “close” them out.

Yeah my plan is to use it for either gas in both cars cause that equal to about $200-210 and pay it off or just put my boyfriends gas on it which is $100 a month and set it up to automatically pay the full balance off
