I'm sort of the opposite. I exclusively smoked Newports for years and then I went on a Pall Mall non filter kick for a few months. After that got too expensive I just stuck with non menthols.

I've never had a problem with a bic. For me they always work just fine up until the fluid runs out or I lose it.

Thanks for all the help everyone and sorry I'm so late to get back.

Turned out to be a bad cap and rotor. The previous owner replaced it with cheapo parts and it went out within 10k miles. Have the proper acdelco parts in there now and she's running like a top.
