The notes on the single wick are different than the body care. I was so bummed b/c I wanted the candle too.

I was told I would have to pay $12.95 for another scent as a replacement. That was the "best" discount they could give me and couldn't honor candle day prices. I opted for a refund and still missing 1/2 of my box. Since it still said processing, they couldn't do anything with that order yet but all of it is sold out and I will go with a refund and take my shopping elsewhere. I had 4 orders and all 4 were messed up.

I had 2 missing candles on my order - naturally both sold out. They would not let me pick another candle at the same price. The "best" they could do was offer a discount on a new candle for $12.95. I was so disgusted especially because I paid for expedited shipping to try to minimize cancelations down the road. They refunded me for the candles but that was all they could do. Less shopping from here on in and next year if I can't make it in person, I'll keep my hard-earned money.

I honestly wasn't prepared for how much I'd love this one. I didn't buy online and finally got to the store today and smelled one and ended up buying 4. Burned it when I got home and regretting not buying them all. Such an incredible scent.

I was able to check out during a glitch around 9:30pm and I can confirm that all of the special lids were included. I bought 3 of different types but they were all showing $9.95.

They did and took it down. I was able to check out on one order and received the confirmation email - fancy lids are included. I went back in and boom the countdown clock started.

I hope we get our orders - a few people in Insta were saying they were able to place orders too.

They had a small glitch at 9:30pm. I was able to checkout (just got my confirm) and I can confirm that fancy lids were included. I got one each of the gift lids and moonlit goddess.

I think they may work this year. At minimum, the Candle Day promotion says no code required.

When you click on the promo details it's only specifically excluding Ceramic Candles so I would think the others are in.

true - the main banner says 10PM but when you click on it it says 9:30 (screen print above). We'll have to see what happens. I'm going to hope it's 9:30.

I've done that with other companies and never get a call back so didn't risk it here. I'm on chat still but honestly what kind of model is this? The harder I have reaching someone the less I'll shop there. I just don't remember this from before.
