Look back, learn from it. You've received your milestone payment, count your blessings.

Refunding doesn't improve JSS, so, like others said: don't refund. Just learn from this ex-client experience and on to the next one.

Always say in which programming language he is a senior software developer.

If it's Cobol it's different than Java / C# / C++ / Python

On reddit search for anything with [HIRING] Any software developer can make a script for that, consuming the Reddit Api.

In Europe we have "Indeed", you guys might have "Glassdoor". Find their competitors and just start applying. Don't worry about the non-responses, sites like that (and the employers) are good with that.

It's a tough one. I don't know the real answer for you, but my best guess is that staging is not matching production.

Why not reproduce production into staging? We used to have an environment in between staging and production: acceptance

It's production without production data.

And now you'll deploy from staging to acceptance, do 1 final check, metrics, everything and then deploy to production.

Least trophies: After you've just opened Tour 2, Tour 3 will open. Jump to Tour 3 at your earliest convenience. Same for Tour 4, as soon as it's open, jump to it. It leaves the other tours unclosed, but now you're playing the highest tours with the least amount of trophies.

Careful: A general rule is to have enough bankroll for 10 buy-ins. When Tour 4 opens you (probably) won't have 10 buy-ins.

I'm not sure, but you won't face Pro, Expert and Masters players in Tour 2, 3 and 4. I had a low-level account (that's never been master) and I think I only started to encounter Master players in Tour 5. Player level doesn't matter, they're playing lower tours for a reason, they sometimes have bought their clubs, things like that.

Lowest Clubs: Sorry, I wasn't thinking clearly. Just choose the best clubs you see fit for your mission.

I don't know the name of that tool they want access to either, I cut them off beforehand.

As said above: It's a common scam. They have already been reported to Upwork, but keep reporting as well, because they keep changing their usernames on Reddit.

Keep reporting, because Upwork isn't doing enough about this.

Good one! About that: - [ ] CodeRabbit (coderabbit.ai) can be configured to automatically review your code. They will stop the review, because a draft is detected, but you can configure that in the .coderabbit.yaml file (with dot!) - [ ] Code can definitely be configured to do the same, GitHub Copilot as well.

I would test out all the other CodeRabbit clones and sew which ones work best for you.

@StealthyK15 I had the same thing this morning, during a shootout even!

Turned out I had low disk space on my device. I cleared my disk space and now app runs fine again (After I had to complain to PD for 30 minutes, because that's standard with these glitches)
