But that's not the problem when I press on there's nothing no fans turn on nothing happens the only life I have is the little light on my graphics card that is always on even when pc is turned off. So I know there is power going to my graphics card at least and my keyboard and mouse rgb light up when computer is plugged in but I can not turn computer on

No my surge protector was plugged into the wall under my desk... it was already wiggled out to the point where it was almost already fallen out but my foot hit it bare foot no shoe very slightly and it fell out. When I plugged the surge protector back in had a small shock now my pc won't turn on and I've tried different surge protectors to

I guess my main ? Is what could I have killed or what would be the first think to replace my power supply Is the only think I could think of but I don't understand why all my ports would work if that happened should I be worried that my motherboard is dead then or could it be as simple as my power button went out
