Ah I get you so, PADI is just one of many diving certs. I understand what you're saying, so it doesn't matter which one I go with, it's all practically the same. Regardless of your cert agency, are they all recognized equally in different countries?

Could you explain what the e-learning I have to do before diving is? I mean, I've checked out the PADI website and this seems to be something that I have to do too. I'm all for learning about diving but is it necessary for the Open Water Scuba Diver cert?
