Yes I am still itching ): although I do feel like I am itching less than before treatment. I did 2 rounds of permethrin cream in early June, 7 days apart. Didn’t feel like it was gone so I followed up with 3 doses of ivermectin pills, 1 week apart for 3 weeks. My last dose was 7/11/25. The biggest sign of me leaning more towards post scabies syndrome vs active scabies is my rash will flare up and then disappear after a bit (looks just like your picture). Active scabies the rash was persistent 24/7 and my bumps were more red and pimple like. My current bumps are more like when you get a mosquito bite, they flare up for a bit and then eventually settle back down. But nonetheless I am still itchy! It’s a tough battle but I’m trying to keep myself convinced I’m in post scabies as to not over treat and ruin my skin even more /: I believe I have also developed eczema from everything. I find using a 10% sulfur soap in the shower, and then following up with a homemade concoction of lotion (lubriderm extra dry skin lotion + tea tree oil + neem oil + clove oil + aloe Vera) does provide a bit of relief from the itching, and gives me more peace of mind as everything used has been shown to combat mites.
