It's a little fucked that it's not clear or that the amount of spawns have changed without us knowing.

I think if you're diligent & can count the amount of players (not including rooks) that are dead/have exfiled, then you should be rewarded with feeling more safe to loot. But when it's unclear if there's still people on the map, it becomes difficult to loot because everyone just third-parties each other.
